Spider is a Legendary Natural-type fruit that lets the user control strings like a spider's web: slashing enemies, swinging through the air, and firing thread that pierces or traps a target. It started life as String and was renamed and reworked into its current form.
Unawakened, its range is short and its hitboxes are small, but C Over-heated Sniper has some of the best range in the game and always breaks Instinct. Awakening it turns every move into a longer, higher-stun version, though all of them need to be held, which slows the user down while charging.
Guides place Spider in B tier: fine damage and range once awakened, but every move can still be dodged or Instinct-tricked if the timing is read, and it lacks Elemental immunity for tougher matchups.
