What is Sound in Blox Fruits?
Sound is a Legendary Natural-type fruit that fires waves of musical notes instead of the usual elemental attacks. It has no M1, so every hit has to come from one of its five real moves, but almost all of them cover a wide area.
Landing hits and holding F fills the Tempo Meter. Once it is full, the user and nearby allies get a shield, extra speed and stronger moves for a short time, which makes Sound a genuinely useful support pick in crew fights and raids.
The trade off is speed: cooldowns are long and none of the moves stun well, so a miss leaves the user open. Guides rank it B tier, a solid AoE grinder and raid fruit rather than a PvP duelist.

Sound moves and mastery
Fires three musical notes horizontally on the first press, five on the second and five vertically on the third. Notes explode on impact. Missing the first hit on purpose lets the rest deal more damage. Press three times to use the full move.
Breaks Instinct: Always breaks InstinctA large cone of music notes that deals AoE damage and knocks enemies back.
Breaks Instinct: Cannot break Instinct in any waySummons a disco ball that fires auto-aiming beams at nearby enemies, then launches itself at the cursor for an explosion. Each beam that hits the same target does slightly less damage.
Breaks Instinct: Breaks Instinct on the beams and the disco ballReleases five small projectiles followed by a large one. The large projectile explodes into a black hole that pulls in nearby enemies and keeps damaging them briefly.
Breaks Instinct: Always breaks InstinctFlies using a music staff while refilling the Tempo Meter. Health and energy regeneration are disabled while flying, like most mobility moves. Flight is faster once the Tempo passive is active.
Is Sound good?
Strengths 5
- Every move has AoE, which makes grinding fast.
- Strong in crew wars: F buffs nearby allies while giving mobility.
- Deals extra damage once the Tempo Meter is full, and the meter is easy to top up.
- Most moves break Instinct no matter what.
- Good for raids, both damaging enemies and buffing teammates.
Weaknesses 5
- Slow cooldowns on every move.
- Weak stuns and poor combo potential compared to newer fruits.
- Z's notes are spaced out, so it is not guaranteed to deal full damage.
- C's damage drops sharply if the same enemy is hit by multiple beams.
- Flight from F starts slow until the Tempo Meter is maxed.
How to use Sound well
- 01
Hold F before engaging a group of enemies to fill the Tempo Meter, then switch into gold moves for extra damage.
Grinding - 02
Group enemies with C's auto-aiming beams before finishing with V for the black hole pull.
Combo - 03
Save V as a way to escape combos: its projectiles hang around and can interrupt a chasing enemy.
PvP - 04
On Z, missing the first note on purpose is intentional: the later notes hit harder.

Did you know?
Sound was the first fan-made fruit added to the game, based on a concept by @Aqu4G from the first fan fruit contest;
Kitsune was the second.
Its move names borrow real music terms: Tempo, Prestissimo (very fast) and Fortissimo (very loud).
Combining a maxed Tempo Meter with Rabbit V4 and a Pilot Helmet gives one of the highest movement speeds in the game, though
Portal still travels faster over long distances by teleporting.
