Most guides give a 100-point pity bar since Update 6 (down from 200); one guide still says 200. We use 100 and let you change it. Pity carries over when you leave the game or the banner changes. Banners rotate on a timer shared by every server. The old Rift banners changed every 3 hours; one guide says the Lab pool refreshes every hour.

Before Update 6 the Rift Trade-In Machine took 3 random pets for 1 Rift Egg from one of three banners (Riftborn, Riftbeasts and Shattered Rift). Its pets are now only in the bases of players who got them.

Each banner has its own exclusive pets. When the pity bar is full, your next reward is the banner's top pet. Update 6 made this a guarantee; before, pity gave a random pet from the top 3.

What is the Laboratory pity in Steal An Egg?
Most guides give a 100-point pity bar since Update 6 (down from 200); one guide still says 200. We use 100 and let you change it. When the bar is full you get the banner's top pet: Biohazard: Nuclear Mantis, Experimental: Dreadstinger, Unstable DNA: Octophant.

Which Laboratory banner is best?
By its top pet, Unstable DNA (Octophant, 4B/s), then Experimental (Dreadstinger, 2B/s), then Biohazard (Nuclear Mantis, 1.5B/s). Unstable DNA also needs eggs from Angels & Demons, so you need about 20B Speed to feed it.

Does Laboratory pity reset?
No. Pity carries over when you leave the game or the banner changes.

What are the Laboratory odds?
The game does not show them and nobody has published reliable numbers. Our simulator uses example odds you can change; the pity guarantee is the only fixed number.
