Buy an Extinction Egg from the Robux shop and hatch it. It gives one of six extinct animals at random, and each of those has a small extra chance to come out Skeletal instead. A Skeletal Sabertooth is the rarest of those rerolls.
No source we checked gives the exact Robux price or the reroll percentage. Guides only confirm it is a small, single-digit chance.Needs A Sabertooth roll from the Extinction Egg, then the Skeletal reroll

What is Skeletal Sabertooth in Steal An Egg?
Skeletal Sabertooth is the boney version of
Sabertooth, one of the extinct animals that hatch from the Extinction Egg. When an Extinction Egg hatches there is a small extra chance for the pet to come out as its Skeletal form instead of the normal one, and landing that on a Sabertooth is the single best roll in the whole pet index.
It earns more cash per second than any other pet on record, almost double the normal Sabertooth. That alone makes it a trophy pet: most players who own one show it off rather than rely on it for early progress, since getting one takes a paid egg and a lot of luck.
The catch is the price and the odds stack on top of each other. You first have to buy and hatch the Extinction Egg, then hope it rolls Sabertooth out of six possible animals, then hope that roll flips into the rare Skeletal version. There is no direct shop listing for Skeletal Sabertooth itself.

How to get Skeletal Sabertooth
Is Skeletal Sabertooth good?
Strengths 4
- The highest base income of any pet in the Steal An Egg pet index.
- Instant recognition: almost nobody else on a server will have one.
- Comes from a single egg, no crafting or fusing needed.
- Its normal form,
Sabertooth, is already a strong $5B/s pet if the reroll does not land.
Weaknesses 4
- The Extinction Egg costs Robux and is only on sale for a limited time.
- You cannot target Sabertooth specifically inside the egg; it is one of six random animals.
- The Skeletal reroll on top of that is a small extra chance, so most Extinction Eggs give a normal pet.
- No official price or drop rate has been published, so the real cost of grinding one out is unclear.
How to use Skeletal Sabertooth well
- 01
Buy the Extinction Egg while it is still on sale. Guides list an Oct 10, 2026 end date, after which this route may close.
Grinding - 02
Every Extinction Egg you open is a chance at any of the six animals, not just
Sabertooth, so expect a lot of non-Skeletal results before one lands. - 03
If the reroll does not hit, you still keep whichever normal extinct animal you rolled, so the egg is not a total loss.
Did you know?
Skeletal Sabertooth earns almost double its normal form,
Sabertooth, which sits at $5B/s on its own.
It is one of four Skeletal animals tied to the Extinction Egg, alongside
Skeletal Gigantus,
Skeletal Terrorbird and
Skeletal Dunkleosteus.
