What is Mecha Scrambler in Steal An Egg?
Mecha Scrambler is a Divine event pet that only showed up during the Dr. Scramble event. Its egg was not a normal biome drop; it came out of the Experiment Shop, the event's special store.
During the event, Dr. Scramble's drones invaded the map every 30 minutes. Destroying them dropped Samples, the event currency, along with a chance at Drone Parts. Players spent Samples in the Experiment Shop on boosters, a mutation and a couple of exclusive eggs, one of which was Mecha Scrambler.
At $7.5B/s it earns more than almost every normal biome pet, second only to
Skeletal Sabertooth on the current index. The catch is that the event that gave it out has already ended, so it is no longer possible to farm a fresh one the normal way.

Where this comes from
Checked 2026-09-29 against 4 sources and written in our own words. Numbers follow the official update notes first, then the wiki, then players.
- Exact way to earn it: Guides describe the Experiment Shop selling exclusive event eggs for Samples, but none we opened lists a confirmed Samples price for Mecha Scrambler specifically. We describe the general Samples-to-shop route rather than inventing a price.
