- Bandages and medkits can no longer be crafted: find them in chests and clinics, or buy bandages from the Tool Trader.
- The Giant Sack (25 slots) is the best normal sack.
- A full day and night lasts about 4.5 minutes.
Crafting bench tiers
The crafting bench is how your camp grows. Each tier unlocks new builds, and upgrading it costs wood and scrap:
| Tier | What it unlocks | Upgrade to the next tier |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Map, Supply Crate, Old Bed, Bunny Trap | 5 wood, 1 scrap |
| 2 | Sun Dial, Bed, Compass, Farm Plot, Wood Rain Storage, Shelf, Log Wall, Log Gate, Bear Trap | 15 wood, 10 scrap |
| 3 | Crock Pot, Radar, Boost Pad, Biofuel Processor, Torch, Good Bed, Lightning Rod, Flag | 30 wood, 20 scrap, 2 Cultist Gems |
| 4 | Ammo station (buy ammo with scrap), Oil Drill, Giant Bed, Teleporter | 50 wood, 50 scrap |
| 5 | Respawn Capsule, Temporal Accelerometer (skips a night), Weather Machine, Recycler | Max tier |
The Blacksmith class can craft from the next bench tier early (up to tier 4).
Bandages, medkits and reviving
- Bandages and medkits can’t be crafted any more. Find them in chests and clinics, or buy Bandages from the Tool Trader for 25 Mossy Coins. The Medic and Berserker classes start with them.
- A Bandage heals 50 HP and a Medkit about 100.
- To revive a downed teammate, use a Bandage or Medkit on them. The Medic revives 5 times faster, and the tier 5 Respawn Capsule brings players back too.
Oil drill, chainsaw, guns and the strong axe
- Oil Drill: a tier 4 bench build for 25 wood, 35 scrap and 1 Cultist Gem.
- Chainsaw: from Ruby Chests, or crafted at the Tool Workshop once you rebuild its anvil, with 4 Cultist Gems, a Bear Pelt and other parts.
- Guns: the Revolver comes from Good and Iron chests, the Pelt Trader’s second trade, the Gunsmith Shed or the Ranger class. Rifles and shotguns come from chests and armories.
- Strong Axe: the Pelt Trader’s fourth trade, or Gold and Legendary chests.
Taming wolves
Use a Taming Flute. You’ll find them at the Abandoned Animal Shelter, from the Tool Trader and the Pelt Trader’s second trade, or by playing the Zookeeper or Beastmaster class. Play the hold-the-bar minigame, then feed the animal. The flute upgrades from Old to Good to Strong. To tame an Alpha Wolf you need a Good Taming Flute or better, plus Steak, Mackerel and Salmon. The Deer can never be tamed.
Sacks
| Sack | Slots |
|---|---|
| Old Sack | 5 |
| Good Sack | 15 |
| Infernal Sack | 20 (also cooks raw food) |
| Giant Sack | 25 (the best normal sack) |
The Giant Sack comes from Legendary and Gold chests or the Pelt Trader’s third trade. The Scavenger and Explorer classes add 2 slots each.

A full day and night takes about 4.5 minutes: roughly 3 minutes of day and 1.5 of night. At normal speed a run to Day 99 takes about seven and a half hours. With all four missing kids rescued and the best beds it drops to under an hour.
