About the Ocean Egg

It is not sold any more (it left the game on August 19, 2021), so trading is the only way to get one now.

It replaced the Fossil Egg. The Mythic Egg took its place on August 19, 2021.

Every hatch rolls a rarity first (common 20%, uncommon 35%, rare 30%, ultra rare 10%, legendary 5%), then one of that rarity's pets (8 pets in all).

To own every pet in it at least once you would need about 61 hatches on average, around 45,908 Bucks.
