How the Build and Kill Zombies tier list works
Every car part is ranked by its roll chance: how rare it is to roll (1 in N). The top 10% are S tier, the next 15% A, the next 20% B, the next 25% C and the rest D. That keeps the list objective: a car part only changes tier when its roll chance changes, not because of anyone's opinion.
