About the Cat
You can hatch it today from the Starter Egg, Retired Egg; the Starter Egg gives it about a 25% chance per hatch.
Like every pet it comes in 12 forms: normal, Neon and Mega Neon, each on its own, Ride, Fly or Fly Ride. A Mega Neon Fly Ride Cat takes 16 full grown Cats plus a Fly-A-Pet Potion (255 Robux) and a Ride-A-Pet Potion (130 Robux).
It learns 6 tricks as it grows, from Sit as a Newborn to Dance at Full Grown.

Where to get the Cat
Per-hatch chance = the egg's odds for this rarity, shared evenly by that rarity's pets.
Neon and Mega Neon planner
4 full grown make 1 Neon; 4 Luminous Neons make 1 Mega Neon (16 pets in all).

What it costs to hatch a Cat
| Egg | Chance per hatch | Eggs on average | For one Cat | For a Mega Neon (16) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25.0% | 4 | - | - | |
| 5.0% | 20 | 12,000 Bucks | 192,000 Bucks |
Averages: luck varies a lot, and you could hatch it on the first try or much later. Free eggs from the Task Board and age-ups lower the real cost.
Tips for the Cat
- Hatch the Starter Egg: it gives the Cat the best odds (about 25.0% per hatch). Each one takes 3 tasks to hatch.
- You need 4 full grown Cats for one Neon, so keep aging the copies you get instead of trading them away early.
- Only one of the four pets you fuse needs Fly or Ride: the Neon (and later the Mega Neon) keeps it. That saves buying a potion for every copy.
- Fuse them in the Neon Cave, then raise four Luminous Neons for a Mega Neon: Cat x16 in total.
